How are council interviews different from state/APS interviews?

Local government interviews place a much greater emphasis on community engagement, practical service delivery, and hands-on collaboration. They are often more operational than policy-focused, and panels want to see a clear understanding of the council's direct service mission.

I'm coming from the private sector. Can I succeed?
