Welcome to PS Interview Coach (psinterviewcoach.com.au). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the interview coaching and career management services (collectively, the "Services") offered by PS Interview Coach ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

2. Services Provided

PS Interview Coach provides career coaching, interview preparation, resume writing, capability mapping, and related professional development services tailored for the Australian Public Service (APS) and State/Local Governments. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are currently GST Exempt unless otherwise stated. Fees for our Services are listed on our website (/pricing-page/) and are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect services already purchased.

3. Government & Department-Funded Coaching

Where coaching services are funded by a Commonwealth, State, or Local Government department or agency, the following commercial terms apply to protect the financial projections and resource planning of PS Interview Coach (the Service Provider):

3.1 Binding Contractual Approval

The written acceptance of a coaching proposal—including email approval from an authorised delegate, Commonwealth Representative, HR representative, or manager—constitutes a legally binding contract between the respective Department/Agency and PS Interview Coach. The date of this approval serves as the Commencement Date of the contract.

3.2 Liability for Full Fees

PS Interview Coach reserves the right to invoice in full for the contracted rate as outlined in the agreed proposal. The Department/Agency remains liable for the full contracted amount regardless of whether the participating staff member ceases employment with the department, transfers roles, or elects not to commence or complete the agreed coaching package. Individual staff volatility or internal departmental shifts do not absolve the Department of its payment obligations for the contracted resources secured.

3.3 The Three-Month or Financial Year Rule

PS Interview Coach reserves the right to issue a final invoice for the full outstanding agreed proposal amount at the following milestones (whichever occurs first):

Exactly three (3) months after the initial agreement/approval date; OR
By 30 June of the current financial year.

This applies irrespective of whether services have been fully rendered or the staff member's ongoing employment status. Full payment is deemed earned and payable at these milestones to account for time, planning, and projected availability allocated by our consultants.

3.4 Departmental Credits

In the event of a "no-show" or incomplete package after the payment milestone, any paid but unused coaching sessions will be held as a credit for the specific Department/Agency for a further period of six (6) months. This credit may be utilised by a new or alternative employee within the same department, ensuring the agency retains the value of their investment while meeting their commercial obligations to PS Interview Coach.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual coaching sessions. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Government-Funded Packages: Missed sessions without 24 hours' notice (No-Shows) will be deducted from the allocated package balance.
Rescheduling: We allow one complimentary reschedule per session provided notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling of the same session may incur a $50 administration fee.

5. Refund Policy

As our services involve significant professional preparation and time allocation, refunds are generally not provided once a booking is confirmed or a proposal is approved. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks (including the C-MAP System™), templates, guides, and resources provided during coaching sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of PS Interview Coach. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared internally within an agency, or sold without our explicit written permission.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
