APS4 Level: Supports Strategic Direction

Panel Context: At the APS4 level, the panel is looking for evidence of self-management and an understanding of how your individual contribution supports the broader team goal.

Panel Context: As a Senior Officer, your ability to influence others without formal authority is critical. The panel is testing your emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.

EL1 Level: Shapes Strategic Thinking

Panel Context: Executive Level 1 staff must look beyond their immediate branch. The panel wants to see environmental scanning and an understanding of the political/strategic context.
